Warranty

A Twelve Month [RTB] "Repair or Replacement" Warranty is provided on all NEW Hardware sold by David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] unless otherwise stated.

A Thirty Day [RTB] "Repair or Replacement" Warranty is provided on all USED Hardware sold by David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] unless otherwise stated [No Warranty is provided on Used Hardware sold through Auction].

No Warranty is provided by David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] for Software sold [Please view the EULA included with Software].

Freight
David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] typically sends through NZ Post at lowest rate but may send by other means. All freight costs will be charged to the Client unless otherwise stated.
Returns

Hardware and Software Returns require the prior approval of David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services]. Accepted Returns may incur a Thirty [30] Percent "Restocking" Fee where non-faulty goods are returned.

Payment

Payment is due at time of order [for Hardware and Software purchases with a combined value exceeding NZ$200.00] or within Seven [7] days of Invoice date unless prior arrangements have been made with David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services].

Complaints Any complaints or Queries regarding either Hardware, Software or Services provided should be made as soon as practically possible. David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] will attempt to resolve all problems as quickly as possible.
Data Security

David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] accepts no responsibility for any damage to Client Hardware, or loss of Client Software and or Data. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that adequate Backups are done prior to any work being carried out or prior to removal of any Hardware from premises.
