| Freight |
David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] typically sends through NZ Post at lowest rate but may send by other means. All freight costs will be charged to the Client unless otherwise stated. |
| Returns | Hardware and Software Returns require the prior approval of David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services]. Accepted Returns may incur a Thirty [30] Percent "Restocking" Fee where non-faulty goods are returned. |
| Payment | Payment is due at time of order [for Hardware and Software purchases with a combined value exceeding NZ$200.00] or within Seven [7] days of Invoice date unless prior arrangements have been made with David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services]. |
| Complaints | Any complaints or Queries regarding either Hardware, Software or Services provided should be made as soon as practically possible. David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] will attempt to resolve all problems as quickly as possible. |
| Data Security | David Cahill Limited [DCL Computer Services] accepts no responsibility for any damage to Client Hardware, or loss of Client Software and or Data. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that adequate Backups are done prior to any work being carried out or prior to removal of any Hardware from premises. |
